Help me understand why two keeps going down?

Reported earnings and beat expectations. Good guidance, healthy growth. Half business is mobile and they keep growing there, GTA 6 around the corner. GTAV has made close to 20 billion in revenue from sales and GTA online and still continues to make money. Their portfolio is good, they don't seem to be chasing trends ai, etc. simply focus on good quality games and release them as close as perfection as possible. Yet it's at $200 with a price target of $300. I'm tempted to buy some and hold for years but I don't if I'm missing something? Do financials not mean anything? I can never understand how to invest in the stock market when logic doesn't seem to be part of the market.
