At what point is SaaS attractive?

Is software the high school sweetheart who gained 40 lbs her freshman year or what? We’re hitting some major fear in the index. Yes this group touches on individual names but at some point the ETFs that cover this sector will worth the multiple. IGV and XSW are down 29% and 25% respectively. Question is, what is that multiple? I fully expect a bunch of “0” responses but thought I’d ask the question anyway
