Investment properties should be illegal, if you leave your house, sell it. Enough of the stolen opportunities and crazy prices for an unloved, falling apart rental for a family. Landlords will go to war to not fix something and then ask for 150,000 more in asking price than what that they bought it for 5 years prior. Crash the market and start over.
