The sell-off in Software the last months is unlike i have ever seen since the financial crisis. Where are opportunities?

Indiscriminate selling across every name that has anything do with Software, Data/Analytics-Provider, Applications etc. Pretty much every stock at a 52 week or multi-year low, decade low multiples in a lot of names. When was the last time a sector has been this apocalyptic since the banks in 2007-2009? (Aside from cyclical sectors like materials) What are you buying?
