So I was following Constellation Brands Inc for the last half a year and known that its quite attractive when looked at fundamentals.
P/E seems to be high, but its a bit deceptive : their net loss in Feb 2025 earnings is due to goodwill (change of valuation in one of their wines) therefore no money really left the company. effectively P/E is around 10.
Now I know this is Value investing sub, but i didnt go in before because I was waiting for the stars to align - change of trend + technical shift.
I'm looking now for what could go wrong. Spare me the doomsday prophecies. Did I miss anything?
