What percentage of your income do you invest each month and how do you spread it?

I’m new to investing and still trying to figure out a good strategy. I will spread over multiple companies, some etf’s and some individual stocks, and some crypto but not sure what percentage of my income I should invest and how to spread it. So now I’m curious what other people do. How much (or what percentage of your income) do you invest each month? And how do you spread it?
