If Elon Musk were forced to step down, would it create short-term volatility or long-term instability for Tesla stock?

Hypothetically, since he's one of the big names on the list, and not retired. We don't know who else might be named but for the most part, so far, no one else might move the needle. I'm thinking a medium-term pull-back. But after that, admittedly, I'm still too green to say whether or not it would recover or stabilize afterwards. Gimme your thoughts, I'm hoping to learn something.
