Question about this strange pennystock - maybe someone with more experience can help me understand this.
VSBY has a Failure to File Cease Trade Order since Summer 2025. So it can not be traded anymore. They are still posting updates though. Like [this here](https://vsblty.net/news/vsblty-announces-5300-store-expansion-of-joint-venture-partner-winkel-retail-media-network-in-latam/) about a 5300 store expansion in Mexico.
I've never seen this. Failing to File over a longer period was always a clear sign for me that the company was gone. But they on the other hand seem seem to continue working.
What do you make of this?
