Was poking around SEC filings and this name popped up.
Someone in management picked up a chunk of shares late last week.
What confused me is the company just changed directions, going from BioSig into this tokenized gold / real-world assets thing, which feels pretty left-field for a tiny company.
Does anyone here actually follow it?
Trying to figure out if this is someone inside being confident in the pivot, or just a nothing-burger.
