I hope this doesn’t get taken down cause I need help. Iv been trading options since 2019. All through the pandemic. I have been in the red every year losing close to 55k incrementally. I can’t bring myself to trade shares or hold. In the first four years I lost most every trade. In the last year, I switched brokers and doing exceptional well with ITM long dated trades. I am using more tools and doing well on catching reversals. I’ll get up a couple of thousand and then I’ll fall back into gold or spy or qqq odte and blow my account. Happens every month. I try to stay away from odte, but I keep doing it mindlessly. I got super excited when I hear I can odte on Mag 7. But now I’m worried. Should I just quit option all together if I can’t stay away from odte. I’m posting on here because I have no one else to talk to about it.
