Quick self-check I started doing that helped more than any indicator:
Every time I close a trade, I ask one question:
“Did I follow my rules, or did I just want action?”
What surprised me wasn’t bad analysis — it was how often boredom, FOMO, or wanting to “make the day green” pushed me into trades I already knew weren’t clean.
Most of my worst losses had nothing to do with the market.
They were me ignoring my own plan.
So I’m curious:
• Overtrading?
• Cutting winners early?
• Moving stops?
• Trading chop like it’s trending?
No flexing — just honest answers.
Let’s compare notes.
