Close to 250k in cash...where to invest?

I have been having a good problem!!..have cash and am not sure where to invest. HSA - 20k IRA - 180k Savings - 35k 15k in checking for a rainy day. I have been investing in AI-related stocks when I see them in red, but it looks like I don't want to add anything in AI, except MU (but MU I am already overloaded) I have decent holdings in GOOG, AMZN, MSFT and NVDA. Most of them are doing ok ok but nothing great. I have added some dividend ETFs/Stocks - O, SCHD, DGRO, SPYD, QQQI etc - This I mainly concentrated in Roth accounts Also timing wise should I wait until this earnings season? Should I add some when shutdown begins? I am waiting for some comments from Trump so that I can add few !! LOL
