Silver investment: Which factors do you use to decide when to buy or sell?

I’m currently invested in silver and would like to better understand which factors are most important to you when deciding to buy or sell silver. Do you mainly look at – the gold–silver ratio? – industrial demand? – or completely different criteria? I’m especially interested in your personal decision-making process, not financial advice.
