Does anyone here use a simple view of gold, silver, USD, and stablecoins when thinking about allocation?

I’ve been trying to keep an eye on macro stuff without constantly checking X or ten different chart sites. I made a small dashboard for myself that shows gold, silver, DXY, and a few stablecoins. It’s not for trading signals. I just wanted one place to see how things move relative to each other. I’m not sure if this is actually useful or just something I personally find calming, so I wanted to ask people who think about allocation and macro. Do you still look at metals and the dollar together, or not really? What would make something like this actually worth using?
