Which broker has the best customer support in real situations?

I’ve used a couple of brokers and one thing I’ve learned is that customer support matters more than features or low brokerage. Most apps work fine until something goes wrong ledger mismatch, charges not making sense, margin issues, etc. That’s when support quality really shows. I currently use Zerodha and had Finvasia and Upstox as a backup earlier, but Finvasia support is almost non-existent now and Upstox is too bad they don’t even reply to emails. Zerodha has been decent for me so far, but I’m curious about other real user experiences. Which broker actually explains things clearly and takes responsibility when there’s an issue? Not looking for ads. Just honest feedback.
