Looking to achieve $200,000-$300,000 a year in dividends

So will be shortly getting lump sum - how would one go about getting $200,000-$300,000 yearly dividends? Happy to take on a bit of risk . So far i have looked at QQQI,SPYI,MAIN Will have around $1,100,000 in 3 months.. Am i dreaming of 200k-300k? with 1.1m investment
