I’m not new to options trading but I’m also clearly not good enough yet. I mess around with short dated trades and price action, have some good days, then give it back. Hard to tell if it’s lack of skill or just bad habits.
I’m looking into mentorships and came across Kay Capital University (KCU) while searching Reddit but opinions seem mixed which makes me cautious. For anyone who’s actually gone through a legit options program, did it really change how you approach trades day to day, or did you end up realizing most of it comes down to screen time and discipline anyway?
