Hello,
I have access to a few hundreds of thousands through a LOC(line of credit) at Prime rate minus 0.25,m for a few years, and I don’t need to pay the interest from my own cash, it can get paid by itself through the LOC.
I’m wondering if this is an opportunity to put some of that money into investments, as my interest rate of now is 4.2% (annual), which is I believe, pretty low for a LOC.
I have an appointment with a financial advisor, and I also want to hear from Reddit, as I’ve made quite good decisions in the past using my own experience/knowledge and hearing about what some folks have to say.
