I was gleefully ignorant of this week's "Tariff Tantrum 1.5" but checked the news today and was like "OMG did I miss some good DCA opportunities?!"
Weirdly, after checking the price action of the stocks I might have bought had I been online and paying attention... we're really not moving much overall. Yes they all had some extremely short lived gyrations yesterday and I'm confident that unless I had been glued to my computer at 5:30am or managed to place some really insightful limit orders, I doubt that I would have been filled on most cares.
Most of my holdings are REIT, Energy, some preferreds and a lot of bonds, corporate as well as treasury.
I'm curious what others who are actually living off dividends and not monitoring their stocks everyday have seen this week.
