I’m so confused. LUCD gets a contract with the VA, subsequently both LUCD and PAVM (of whom LUCD is a subsidiary) rise pre market; LUCD moderately, going to +30%, while PAVM goes much further up on the news to over 200% pre market. Moving ahead to 11:30 and PAVM is now at +250%, but LUCD itself is currently in the red for the day at -2%. Make it make sense!
