NFLX just beat Q4 estimates on both revenue and EPS, but it still dumped after hours.
Revenue: $12.05B vs $11.97B est
EPS: 0.56 vs 0.552 est
From what I’m reading, the selloff is mostly about guidance and spending. They guided next quarter EPS at $0.76 vs $0.82 est, and they’re planning to increase content spending by around 10% in 2026. On top of that, the Warner Bros. deal sounds like it adds extra costs and uncertainty near-term.
