Apparently Bessent said they'll introduce rare earth price floors, however [this](https://x.com/Sino_Market/status/2013612652485058721?s=20) is the only confirmation he said this I can find.
Can anyone else confirm? Would make sense considering UUUU is up 10% today with the rest of the market more or less flat.
