You can find the quote in question a little past the 15 minute mark but the entire speech is great and informative.
ROBERT FRIEDLAND:
"After you have your 5G phone, the next spectrum will be 6G. As you can see our spectrum 1G, 2isG, 3G, 4G, 5G. As we go to the next 6G, we're dividing that spectrum finer and finer and we cannot do that without Scandium metal."
