Healthcare is not the easiest vertical to sell into. It is the hardest. Slow procurement, compliance requirements, and an unforgiving tolerance for downtime. That is exactly why I pay attention when a company gets executed deals there.
NХХT has highlighted executed healthcare microgrid PPAs across assisted living and rehabilitation facilities. The important part is not just "new revenue." It is what those contracts imply. In healthcare-adjacent settings, customers do not sign long-duration agreements unless they believe the system will actually perform and the operator can support it.
That is why I view healthcare as risk removal. Winning in a tough vertical reduces the odds that the product is only viable in ideal conditions. It is a credibility builder that can transfer to other mission-critical verticals like education, government, and campuses.
It also helps explain why some investors are watching despite the stock trading like a microcap story. The company has shown operating momentum with preliminary December revenue of about $8.01M and triple-digit year-over-year growth, plus the PPA validation on the microgrid side. That is a combination that reduces binary risk.
This still does not prove scale. The next proof point is whether contracts start arriving with some cadence. But as a first validation vertical, healthcare is one of the best places to prove the model.
If you had to pick, would you rather see a company win fast commercial deals first, or slow healthcare contracts?
Not advice ofc.
