Want to start investing in foregin market!!

I want to start investing in foreign market. I did some research , to start with indmoney app and all. I'm still feeling a lil bit confused. Can someone guide me step by step, how to start investing in any foreign market? Also, I read few places about different taxation in different countries. Can anyone also help me with which ETF to start investing with? Thanks
