Should I take my money out of the USA and into other markets?

Hi all, I’m fairly new to investing and I’m starting to lose confidence in the U.S. economy. I think there’s a real chance it runs into serious trouble in the near future. Because of that, I’m considering reducing my exposure to the U.S. and shifting more into other markets. My current portfolio: • 1.5% PROP • 23% iShares Emerging Markets ETF • 65.5% iShares Core World ETF • 10% WisdomTree Europe Defence ETF I’m thinking about selling my entire iShares Core World position and reallocating mainly into Emerging Markets and Europe Defence. Does this make sense, or is this a dumb move?
