Would shorting condoms a good idea ?

Young people are having less and less sex nowadays and those who do have stopped using condoms. that plus the whole scientific debate going on about PFAS & forever chemicals it is possible condoms could become a thing of the past and people would rely on pills / abortions / pulling out
