Do you think this is well balanced?

I am a US alien, I am planning to lump sum 100k very soon into this, am looking to leave them for the next 10-15 years during which i doubt if i will be able to add more capital into them, I prefer Irish domiciled ETFs to avoid the US estate tax. If you have any suggestions please do so.
