What’s worked for me is monitoring Reddit activity. Not reading every post, but tracking which tickers suddenly start popping up more often. I use tools like AltIndex, ApeWismod, StockTrends, and Google Finance to see mentions, sentiment, and business momentum.
When something starts heating up, I dig into the Reddit threads to figure out why people are paying attention and whether it’s just hype or something real. And then I check the company's financials using Google Finance.
Reddit talks a lot of trash, but they are often good at finding early investment opportunities (or hyping them).
