What does this mean? I know they are getting bought. I get bored at work and buy pennies sometimes but don’t really know anything. The price they are offering is less than the current stock value but i don’t really understand what the CVR is and what it would amount to. To be fair, I hold like $10 worth so not really a big deal either way.
