Relatively new to investing and trying to decide where to put my money. Is there an advantage to the strategic equity fund (VSEQX) that I'm not seeing? It even has a higher expense ratio than the index fund (VFIAX) so I don't understand why anyone would put any money in there when they could use the index fund, leave it alone, and do better even over 10 years. What am I missing?
