I’ve been looking into authID (AUID) and wanted to share something I came across that I thought was worth noting.
The company recently got approved as a ServiceNow Build Partner, which means their identity verification tools can now be used inside the ServiceNow environment. ServiceNow is a very large enterprise platform (around \~$150B market cap depending on the day), and it’s widely used by big corporate IT teams, customer support desks, and call centers.
What authID provides is biometric identity authentication — basically a way for companies to verify users without passwords or security questions. Now that the product is listed and usable inside ServiceNow, companies who already run on that system can choose to turn it on without going through a long vendor approval process.
I don’t know how many customers will actually adopt it or how fast something like this converts to revenue, but partnerships like this are usually a step toward more visibility. At the very least, it puts authID in front of larger potential users than they could reach alone.
Not a price call and not advice — just sharing what I found because I hadn’t seen it mentioned much here yet. If anyone has more info on how ServiceNow app integrations typically scale, would be interested in the discussion.
