They're essentially a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable fuels company. Their business model is focused on producing low-carbon liquid fuels and selling them into premium compliance-driven markets, especially aviation.
Per earlier filings in June 2025, insiders accumulated 74.5 million shares, ahead of the anticipated $300 million financing agreement with Bank of America:
