I'm trying to understand options and how they affect the price of the underlying stock but it's really getting to me , I'm using chatgpt and it really js keep contradicting , I tried to understand how gamma and delta works , but it really got confusing so if anyone can help ke understand it would be good.
My question is what makes 92k support and 94k resistance and 90k breakout
Chatgpt said 92k is support bec there are alot of puts so MMs hedge by buying into dips , so this creates support and same for 94k
But then I read on Google that when the gamma is short MMs sell into dips and buys into rallies ( pro trend ) so doesn't that contradict what chatgpt is saying.
If this is true then how does 92k is support as it's showing negative gamma , so by that logic if price comes near 92k , delta of the MM increases bec when on short gamma , price goes Up and delta goes down , vice verse , so to stay delta neutral MMs will sell into dips , but if this happens there would make no sense of support?
Also please if you can share any youtube channels from where I can learn about options and how they affect price
