Hey, i purchased 9 Nippon ETF on Friday at 224 through MTF facility, for which 26% was funded by me and rest 74% by Groww amounting to
2017.08rs and I had 56rs in wallet which later got reduced to 30rs after deducting pledge charges and interest
Today I sold all the 9 ETFs at the rate of 249.24 amounting to 2224.42 .. as soon as I sold the ETFs my wallet went to negative 224rs and 750(incl. Profit of 226) as blocked , which release and setoff agains -224 and now my wallet have 554.9rs
I want to know ... Why 224 got into negative , after doing the calculation,
There are few charges i.e interest of 0.61rs for 6days , dp charges , brokerage and STT ... Total around 50rs ...
So even after deducting these charges and groww funded amount...
2224-1540-50 = around 650 should have been credited , with having opening balance of 30rs .. total 680 ..
But it's not ...
My account goes into negative 224 after selling ETFs
Why????
