My employer offers a 401k and a Roth 403(b). I selected the roth 403(b). Initially they had my funds vested in a Target Date Fund, I re-allocated 100% of those funds to VIIIX, which tracks the S&P 500.
The options through my employer are limited. Im allowed to contribute up to 15% of my check. It automatically contributes 1% more each year. Employer matches 4%.
In my personal Roth IRA, I decided to go for growth and take a bit more risk as im not that old and have plenty of time to ride out the market. Im considering replacing qqqm with vgt + schg.
What are your thoughts? I expect some will not be a fan of having crypto in the 2nd account. My rationale is that since my 403(b) is essentially just the s&p 500, i can be more aggressive with growth in my 2nd roth.
