If the Tariff ruling comes Wednesday what do we think the impact will be?
I personally think it might be the first time in a while that good news might not be a sell the news event. Just because of the pressure that a ruling against the tariffs would relieve.
If the court rules in favor could easily see a massive tank. And honestly I could be wrong about both scenarios. This market is weird. Either way I think we keep rising tomorrow while everyone holds their breath.
Also like please please please chief justice Robert’s do not hold off on this ruling any longer. Especially with the Powell indictment and everything.
Especially with the options market looking like it already has a tariff reversal priced in this is certainly going to be interesting to watch.
