The prices I found from American brokers seemed strange to me, could you help me?

I trade options on the B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange), but I want to trade S&P 500 options for hedging purposes, so I looked at American brokers, but compared to the costs I pay in Brazil, it's much more expensive as a percentage of the amount to be traded. In Brazil, for example, I don't pay brokerage fees and only pay small fees to the Exchange, while in the United States there are large brokerage fees. Is there any regulated broker in the United States without brokerage fees for trading S&P 500 options? If not, which one with the lowest brokerage fees would you recommend?
