Hey everyone,
I’m currently investing through **4 SIPs** across different mutual fund categories:
* Small-cap funds
* Mid-cap funds
* Flexi-cap funds
* Digital/sector-based fund
This gives me decent equity exposure, but now I’m thinking of starting one more SIP of ₹2,000 per month, and I’m a bit confused about where it makes more sense to put this money.
The two options I’m considering:
1. **Index Fund SIP** (Nifty 50 / Nifty Next 50, etc.) for stability and long-term compounding
2. **Gold / Silver / Metals SIP** for diversification and hedge against market volatility
My goal is long-term wealth creation (10+ years), and I already have fairly high equity risk because of small- and mid-cap exposure.
What would you suggest in this situation?
