After Selling Concentrated FAANG RSUs, How Would You Invest the Proceeds?

I recently sold a large portion of my FAANG RSUs after realizing I had made the mistake of letting them accumulate over time. At their peak, they represented roughly 80% of my net worth, which I now recognize was an unhealthy level of concentration. I’m currently sitting in cash and don’t want to leave it in a HYSA long-term. I’m considering investing the proceeds into VOO for broad market exposure. Compared to direct indexing, VOO is lower cost, simpler to manage, and still gives me the flexibility to buy individual stocks opportunistically if I want to. Direct indexing feels more complex than I need right now. For tax-loss harvesting, my plan would be to sell VOO and rotate into VTI or another highly correlated ETF when appropriate. I’m aware that concentrating so heavily in RSUs was a mistake, so I’d really appreciate forward-looking advice rather than hindsight critiques. Thanks in advance.
