Despite receiving a direct DM from CEO John Karagiannidis apologizing for prior moderation issues and promising transparency, I was banned immediately for asking a fundamental due diligence question regarding the company’s pivot and dual leadership structure. I have been researching the relationship between Quebec Innovative Materials Corp (QIMC) and DiagnaMed (DMED). Specifically, I wanted to understand the transition of DMED from a healthcare technology company (AI/Diagnostics) to a "natural hydrogen" play, and how the dual-CEO role (John K leading both entities) impacts strategy. I initially joined the Discord and noticed a lack of verification. I suggested a pinned "CEO Verification" post to help build trust for new investors. This harmless suggestion was deleted almost instantly, along with posts from other skeptical members. I reached out to the CEO directly via DM to express my concern that deleting mild feedback makes the community look like a "secret police" state. John K replied to me: "I want to be very clear: there was no intent to censor or dismiss legitimate concerns... heavy-handed moderation damages trust... We’ll address this properly so expectations are clear and trust is reinforced." Emboldened by the CEO's assurance that they wanted "proactive transparency," I posted a due diligence question in the open forum. My Question (Paraphrased): "Can management outline the timeline and rationale for DiagnaMed’s transition from healthcare technology to a focus on natural hydrogen and energy IP? How and when was this pivot formalized in corporate filings, and how does the dual leadership arrangement (John K as CEO of both) support the long-term strategy?" I was banned. No warning, no answer, just an immediate ban. It is a major red flag for investors when: A company pivots sectors (Healthcare -> Energy) and refuses to answer questions about the timeline or rationale. The claimed CEO in this discord privately claims to value transparency but the public forum is aggressively sanitized of any complex questions. Investors are prevented from discussing the dual-role leadership structure.
