How I found it:
I have coded a multi factor model which is screening on fundamental, technical and descriptive criteria, looking for a "perfect" set up. It never is "perfect" but when I comes close, I enter the trade.
Why I sold it early:
It was up on news that it is no longer being delisted from Nasdaq. Well, this was old news because the split had already happened some time ago. So the company issued some BS news to pump the price and potentially dump more shares on the public. Keep this in mind - penny stock management is not there to provide value to shareholders but to make themselves rich.
Cheers!
