Advice on rebalancing account

For starters I do recognize that most of the individual stocks I’m holding are included in FXAIX but I like risk/reward of holding the individual stocks. Curious to hear different opinions on rebalancing this portfolio. What would you sell or keep? Why? Current portfolio from worst returns to best… NKE - 14.6% of portfolio - +1% G/L FXAIX - 50% of portfolio - +22.5% RCAT - 7.5% of portfolio - +29% ACHR - 7.5% of portfolio - +31% AAPL - 5% of portfolio - +47% GOOG - 8% of portfolio - +85% RKLB - 5% of portfolio - +232%
