What makes RIME interesting to me is that the company has moved past vague AI language and is now putting specific operating metrics into the public record. Enterprise logistics software earns attention when customers expand usage, not when management repeats buzzwords. In the Dec 22, 2025 recap, management reported SemiCab ARR increased 220% from $2.5M in January to over $8M by December and cited a forward-looking ARR of $15M tied to existing contracts and recent contract expansions (source type: company press release). They also described six contract expansions during 2025 with lane and trip volume growth ranging from 100% to 600% (source type: company press release). One example in that recap was a $6M expansion with Asian Paints that increased active lanes from 25 to 183. On top of that, SemiCab has stated it integrates with major TMS partners like Oracle and Blue Yonder via EDI and API, which suggests the product is built to operate inside real enterprise stacks (source type: company LinkedIn page).
