Wanted to share my reasoning on ELAB (PGMC Holdings).
I opened a small position mainly due to the share structure. The float is very low, and roughly 66 percent of shares are insider owned, so the amount actually trading is limited. I’m fully aware the fundamentals are weak and this is not a long-term value play.
This is more of a speculative trade based on structure rather than company strength. Could do nothing, could be volatile, could go either way. Position size reflects the risk.
Curious if anyone else has looked into this.
