Saw many posts where people lost lakhs in FnO, just sharing what i learned in last 1 year and how i turned from losses into profits if usefull to anyone.
Saw losses of around 10L due to FoMo greed and market revenge...in initial 6-7 months
Then restricted my self with below rules which made me profitable (2-3% monthly) :
1. Journal down each trade before execution with sl and tp, with reason i am taking that trade and also learning after exit.
2. 3 to max 5 trades per day , no more single trade after 5 trades
3. No more indicators just EMAs and RSI, no more news based trading
4. Do not carry forward any option trade
5. Using limited capital of 2.5 L, withdrawal of profit weekly keeping capital limited to 2.5 L.
( i do intraday mix of options buying , selling or futures in stocks)
