right now, I have 250 shares @ 124$. I am only a few thousand in profit, which is barely anything for a downpayment. with slow progression NVDA has shown, I am scared I will be forever a tenant helping pay someone's mortgage. right now, I can put down 20% on any price between 1.1-1.5M, but I would like to put a bigger down payment so that I do not have to pay as much interest on the loan. wish me luck
