I currently have a target date Roth IRA with Vanguard, but I'd like to transfer it to VOO because I feel like I can remain more aggressive in my retirement years because I'll have two pensions. I can't seem to find a clear answer on Vanguard's website on how to do this. What are the steps I need to take?
