Currently in EU, but I also have US citizenship so I want to make sure I pick a site that is trusted. Specifically one that has commodities trading, an additional bonus if there isn't a dramatic buy in fee. Not sure if it's a thing, but one with suggestions for new traders etc would be ideal.
