Have $30k to invest in TFSA

I have $30k to invest into TFSA. Do not care about in/out day trading. Only want to put money into an ETF and look in 10-20 years. I hope I’m not breaking any rules, just wanting to see what people’s opinions are and why they would choose one over the other. I’ve used CGPT, GROK and Perplexity and think I’m leaning towards VOO even though it’s in USD. VOO, VFV, QQQ, VUN, ZSP, XUS are all options I’ve looked at and the charts. Thank you!
